Introduction
Notable (hereinafter, "we", "us" or "our"), headquartered in CP 98015, Succ. Place Elite, Sainte-Thérèse, Québec, J7E 5R4, is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This privacy policy (the "Policy") describes how we collect, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (RLRQ, c. P-39.1), commonly known as Bill 25 in Quebec.
How is data collected?
In accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, in particular,
Notable collects personal data in its possession when the user:
(I). Fills in the forms on https://www.mynotable.ca ("Site");
(II). Subscribes to the newsletter;
(III). Responds to a survey or fills out an online form;
(IV). Sends an e-mail or calls, which are then loaded into the corresponding forms;
(V). Makes a purchase from the online store.
What personal data do we collect?
The following data is collected: full name, e-mail address, shipping address and telephone number.
Usually, when personal information is required to use a service or access specific content, its sharing is not imposed, unless it is expressly specified as essential information for the provision of the service. In this situation, the user is always free to decide not to register and/or not to subscribe to the services.
The user declares and guarantees that all data provided by him/her is true and accurate and undertakes to keep it up to date. Any changes may be communicated to the Data Protection Officer or to the address indicated in the "Data Protection Officer" section.
Likewise, the user acknowledges that the data required by the Notable company are necessary, adequate and not excessive to achieve the purposes expressed in the following paragraph, which would be impossible to achieve if such data were not provided.

Any false or inaccurate statements resulting from the information and data provided, as well as any damage that such information may cause, will be the responsibility of the user.
What is the purpose of the data we collect?
The personal data requested from the user will be used for the following purposes:

As part of a contract for services offered on the site, to establish and maintain the commercial relationship and to carry out the actions and provide the services of the Notable company (which includes, but is not limited to, the management, administration, provision and improvement of services).

To send occasional or regular newsletters, commercial communications, promotions and/or advertising from Notable. Thus, the e-mail address provided by the user when filling in the form on the site may be used to send information and updates concerning the request for services, as well as news from the Notable company (on an occasional or regular basis), updates, information on related products or services, among others. This processing is justified by our legitimate interest in promoting our products and services.

To process transactions and comply with legal obligations to which the Notable company is subject, such as tax obligations. Data subject to processing will not be used for purposes other than those indicated above, and which justified their collection. That said, it is specified that the data recorded may be used, in addition to the purposes for which they were explicitly collected, for statistical, incident management or market research purposes. However, should personal data be processed for purposes other than those initially indicated at the time of collection, a compatibility analysis will be carried out by the Notable company in accordance with current regulations. Processing will only be authorized if the original purpose is compatible with the new purpose or authorized in accordance with an independent legal basis. In such cases, the user will be informed of the changes in purpose or of the legal justification for processing his or her data. Users are reminded that they may oppose the sending of commercial communications (unsubscribe) and no longer receive e-mails from the Notable company, by informing the Notable company in a reliable manner, which will proceed to discontinue as soon as possible after receiving such communication. This can be done by sending an e-mail to the address indicated in section 2, by sending a letter to the address indicated in the "Privacy Officer" section above, or by directly following the unsubscribe instructions detailed at the end of each e-mail sent by the Notable company.

Consent
By submitting personal data to Notable, the individual confirms his/her full and unrestricted consent to the processing of such data by Notable. The individual voluntarily, explicitly and in an informed manner authorizes the Notable company to use the information collected in accordance with the purposes detailed in the previous section, as well as for its integration into a Notable company data directory.
The Notable company handles the individual's data, legitimized by : (I) the signing of a service agreement between the individual and the Notable company, in accordance with the terms and conditions made available to the individual at the conclusion of the service request form (prior to any recruitment), and which the individual, after being informed, and if in agreement, can validate by ticking the appropriate box; and (II) voluntary approval, informed and unambiguous consent of the individual, obtained after consulting this privacy policy where the Notable company indicates the treatment it will apply to your data, and if you agree, by checking the appropriate box in the service request form. The handling of data that is not covered by one of the aforementioned legal justifications will be carried out if the Notable company considers that it is required to preserve a legitimate interest and only if this does not transgress the essential rights and freedoms of the individual.
Sharing of personal information
The user's personal information, collected by the Notable company, will not be shared, sold, exchanged, transmitted and/or disclosed to third parties outside the Notable company without the user's consent, except in the event of a legal obligation and/or for the purpose of providing services to the user. This excludes certain collaborators and service providers who help the Notable company to keep the site operational, to achieve the objectives set out in the section "What do we use the data we collect?" above and/or to provide services to the user, and who have undertaken to guarantee the confidentiality of the information provided and to comply with the regulations in force concerning the protection of personal data, at the time of their recruitment. Contracts with service providers define the objective, scope, content, duration, nature and purpose of data processing, the type of personal data, the categories of data owners, as well as the obligations and responsibilities of the Notable company and contractual third parties.
Retention of personal information
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, and to resolve any disputes that may arise.
Security of personal information
Notable affirms its commitment to implementing the technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of data, in accordance with legal provisions, in order to prevent any alteration, loss, consultation or unauthorized processing thereof.
Notable cannot, however, guarantee total confidentiality when using the site, as it is always possible that unauthorized third parties may gain access. The user acknowledges that current technical security measures are not infallible and that, despite all reasonable security measures, it is still possible for information to be manipulated, destroyed and/or lost. If a security incident is detected that presents a significant risk to the owner of the data, this incident will be reported without delay to the competent supervisory authority, together with the corrective and palliative measures already in place and/or to be implemented.
Notable is not responsible for the loss or deletion of data by users. Likewise, Notable accepts no responsibility for damage caused by computer viruses.
Finally, it is also the user's responsibility to take measures to protect his or her information. Notable stresses the need to take all necessary precautions to protect your personal information when you are on the Internet. For example, we recommend that you change your password regularly, using a combination of letters and numbers, and that you use a secure browser.
Access to and correction of your personal information
